Japanese Dinner | Goma-ae, Tamagoyaki and Japanese Sausage

A three-course meal with the simplest of Japanese recipes. My husband and I often eat this on a weeknight as it doesn't take much time to cook.

Sorry for the focusing sounds, it was my first time using my camera as a video recording and I didn't know it made those sounds!

Ingredients:

Goma-ae
8oz bunch spinach
2 Tbsp white sesame seeds
3/4 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sake
1/2 tsp Mirin

Tamagoyaki
4 eggs
2 Tbsp Dashi stock
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp light-colored soy sauce

Sausage
3 Sausage links
