How to make Nikujaga | Japanese beef and potato stew

Ingredients:
5 yukon gold potatoes
1 small carrot
½ Yellow or white onion
12 French beans
½ lb or 200 g of thinly sliced beef or pork belly
1 ¾ cups of Dashi
2 Tbs sugar
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Tbs mirin
2 Tbs Sake
1 pack shirataki noodles
