Fluffy Souffle Omelette | Souffle Omelet

How to make souffle omelette. Super fluffy and soft on the inside, souffle omelette is a nice treat when you are bored of the regular omelette. So lets switch things up!

Ingredients:
2 yolks
Pinch of salt
2 egg whites
1 Tbs sugar (you can omit if you want)
Little bit of butter
