Guided Mindfulness Meditation on Stress - Guided Body Scan - Control Anxiety

This guided meditation will use body scanning techniques in order to help to create awareness and recognition of both mental and physical stress, and work toward reducing it, not only through this meditation, but through continued mindfulness in your everyday life.

It is ideal if you find a place to lay comfortably on your back, or you can find a comfortable chair. If sitting, ensure that your body can relax, but avoid slumping your neck and shoulders forward. Whether laying or sitting, allow your arms to rest comfortably at your sides or lightly on your legs. If lying down, you may also opt to interlock your fingers over your stomach.
