This experience is designed to promote mindfulness, increase awareness, calm the mind, and reduce anxiety and mental stress. It also can help with tinnitus - ringing in the ears. This session is especially recommended for use with headphones, before bed or early in the morning. (to skip to audio only, start at 4:20)

It also features "pink noise" and "binaural beats" that can help with masking or potentially even reducing tinnitus symptoms (ringing in the ears).
