Meditation on Joy REVISITED! My Very First Video From 10 Years Ago

I am excited to share this original meditation session on joy from nearly a decade ago! At this time, I was feeling intense anxiety and was not in a good place for my mental health. I was looking for SOME way to turn things around... I thought maybe if I did something to help somebody else, I might start digging out of this mental rut that I was in. I am glad to say that even though I still deal with stress and anxiety like everyone does, I gradually got into a better mental headspace through self-love and self-care.

And WOW... Thank you so much for your kind responses to all of the meditation session videos that I have posted over the years. I truly could not continue doing this without your kindness, your support, your VIEWS. So please, keep on meditating and seeking that better mental space for your mind, body, and soul. This guided meditation session is about 19 minutes long: 16 minutes of the session are guided (with my brief introduction), while the remaining 3 minutes are ambient music to help calmly end the session and return to your day… or go to sleep.
