This is a famously tricky riff which requires large hand stretches. It's a great practice exercise. Your fretting hand is going to form large sus2 shapes at various places on the fingerboard and move around them quickly. Instead of playing all three notes of each shape at once, it's a good idea to roll across them using your ring finger as a pivot point. Good luck!
