First Aid Kit - You Are The Problem Here guitar lesson

These videos are designed for guitar beginners or those with only limited guitar knowledge. They use simple chord shapes as much as possible and do not necessarily represent the way in which the song was originally played. They are designed as practice tools to supplement your other learning methods. Information is provided on screen for both right and left-handed players!

The studio version of this song uses a capo on fret 6, I'm playing the live version which uses a capo on fret 5. The chords are identical for both.

This is mostly simple stuff with very basic open chords. The version of the C major chord that Klara uses is C/G, but if that's a bit too difficult then you can use a standard C major shape.

The strumming is all done with downstrums to give an aggressive feel to the song. There is a moment between each chord change where the open strings are hit and this contributes to the overall sound.
