CRISPY BEEF QUESADILLA WITH CHEESE | DEEP-FRIED TORTILLA FILLED WITH BEEF & CHEESE

Hi, everyone! For those of you who love snacks, this one is for you! Most of you would probably have tortillas at home so this would be easy to make. If you love quesadillas and you want to try something new, this is perfect! The combination of tortillas, beef, and cheese is so delicious so you should try this at home :) #tortilla #tortillarecipe #quesadillas

CRISPY BEEF QUESADILLA WITH CHEESE (8 PCS)
- 4 flour tortillas cut into 2
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 200g ground beef (You can replace it with chicken or other types of protein)
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 1/2 medium shallots (diced)
- 50g diced bell pepper
- Seasonings: Salt (to taste), 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. (You can also add these seasonings if you have them in your pantry: 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp dried oregano, and 1/4 tsp onion powder)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
