ROTIBOY/PAPAROTI COFFEE TOAST RECIPE

Hi guys! This toast recipe is inspired by rotiboy/paparoti's coffee bun. If you are craving coffee bun but are too lazy to make them, this is a simpler recipe in a toast form! It's very easy and delicious, try it at home :)

COFFEE TOAST (10 toast)
- 50gr butter
- 60gr powdered sugar
- 50gr plain flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- coffee mixture (1 tsp instant coffee powder + 2 tsp hot water)
- 10 slices of bread
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes in 175 degree Celcius oven

PS: You can make half the recipe a day by keeping half of the coffee cream in the refrigerator for the next day! :)
