Epson SureColor P-9570 paper feed issues

This video shows two problems with the Epson P-9570. First, it can't take 75' rolls of art paper like Moab Entrada. Second, if the paper comes off the core, like Moab Entrada and Canson Arches ALWAYS come off the core, then the printer damages the paper, and spits out about 4-5 feet of paper and stops.

I'm looking for feedback from other early adopters of the Epson SureColor P-9570 to see of others have, or are having similar issues. I'm also looking to see if anyone has found a way to print with the cover open - as in, has anyone figured out how to trick the printer into thinking the cover is open to avoid this paper jamming issue.
