Do you ever wonder what kind of home you’d buy if crazy fans drove you out of your current home? Well today guys I’m going to show you inside of David Dobrik’s new $9.5 million dollar mansion!

David’s new home is located in sunny California only just a drive away from his old home. For the safety and privacy of David and his friends we will not be releasing the address or town it is located in. We also encourage you to respect his privacy by not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time. I mean seriously the man bought a new mansion to hopefully gain some more privacy so don’t visit his new house!

David’s new $9.5 million dollar mansion is located on 0.61 acres of land with a stunning backyard space. The backyard comes with the long await infinity pool David sought after in his old home which ultimately never came to fruition. The backyard also comes with plenty of grass area for any stunts David plans to pull in the future. The home also comes with an incredible view just like his previous house. You can really see the stylistic features David was looking for in search for his new home. He basically wanted the same house just a little bigger in a more private area. Which I think he fully achieved.

The home is a 6 bedroom and 7 bathroom with 7,800 square of living space breaking down to about $1,218 per square foot. The home is a brand new build that came to completion in early 2020 so David will be the first home owner to step foot inside. But being the first homeowner of this $9.5 million dollar mansion won’t be cheap. Outside of the $9.5 million dollar price tag David can expect to pay the roughly 1.2% property tax rate annually which comes to about $112,000 per year. As well David can expect to pay a minimum of $18,000 per year in home owners insurance. As well we can assume there will most likely be several miscellaneous home costs such as electricity for the heated pool, which we can estimate will be upwards of $10,000 per year. So at a bare minimum just to live in the home we can expect David to have to fork over at least $140,000 per year to live in this beautiful home!

Diving in through the front doors you are met with the pinnacle of luxury as you would expect in a nearly $10 million dollar home. This home is all about the entertainment factor so you have a massive minimalistic kitchen with center island that features Italian made kitchen cabinets and top of the line appliances. Just off the kitchen is the main living area which will soon become the new center point for a lot of David’s videos. Outfitted with a large gas fireplace it will resemble the feeling he had in his old home just on a slightly larger scale. My favorite feature of his new home is the full view pocket sliding glass doors that line the exterior of the home creating this seamless indoor outdoor vibe. He has this in his previous home but again this is just turned up a notch and is a major improvement in my opinion.

Continuing on the home comes with a beautiful home theater which David had in his previous home but ultimately turned into his views podcast studio then into a gaming room. The new home also comes with a 300 bottle wine room which probably won’t get much use by David seeing as how he is sober most of the time. Taking a dive into the master bedroom where David will most likely spend a lot of his time we have a beautiful gas fireplace and dark hardwood floors. The master comes with a massive walk in closet which will be a huge upgrade for David’s tiny walk in closet he currently has. And finally the master bathroom comes with a large soaking tub that has gorgeous views of the valley below.

The remainder of the bedrooms in the home all come with their own on suite bathroom, which you would hope if you spend $9.5 million dollars on a home. My favorite part about the home is the massive balcony off the master bedroom which is where I would spend the majority of my time looking out over the amazing view.
