SPICY MEATBALL TUTORIAL

Unsure of how to make good juicy spicy meatballs? Or the best way to make meatballs? Look no further, You only need a handful of ingredients to make one of the best meatballs I've tasted!

So to begin, you'll need is ground beef, pork, turkey or lamb. Whichever you choose. (The best would be to use TWO - both pork AND beef.. but hey, whatever floats your boat)

Put that shit in a bowl. Crack one egg and mix it alll together. Then take a handful of bread crumbs/panko and parmesan cheese.. throw it in there as well.

There are a few ways to make this spicy - in this video - I used chipotle seasoning which tastes amazing.. BUT you could also use a SMALL amount of togarashi shichimi. That stuff is spiiiiicy so be careful.

then you'll want to form them in a ball.. at this point - you can either bake them at 350 for about 20ish minutes or you can fry them in a pan on medium.
