This home made vegetarian pizza bianca (white pizza) is truly delicious. Highly recommended!

We made the pizza dough, poolish based, using Vito Iacopelli's great recipe that can be found here:

Pro tip: use semolina instead of flour to prevent the dough from sticking.

Toppings:
Crème fraîche
Mixed grated cheeses (preferably of an aged and tasteful kind)
Shallots (finely sliced)
Asparagus (finely sliced)
Pine nuts (we didn't roast them in the video, but that would have been nice)
Rucola (also known as arugula or rocket)
Parsley
White truffle oil (olive oil with truffles, can be found in most well stocked supermarkets)
Sea salt
