- 20g Room-Temperature Butter
- 125ml (1/2 Cup) Warm Skimmed Milk
- 1.5 Tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1.5 Tsp Garlic Powder
**Mash Instructions**: Place potatoes in cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 12-14 minutes until fork-tender. Drain, cover, and steam for 5 minutes. Mash with a ricer or masher, then mix in butter and warm milk.
**Creamy Cajun Sauce**
- 10g Butter
- 3/4 Tsp Each: Salt, Italian Herbs, Chili Flakes, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Parsley, Paprika
- 250ml (1 Cup) Skimmed Milk
- 40g Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Handful of Chopped Spinach
**Sauce Instructions**: Toast spices in butter over low heat for 2 minutes. Add milk, parmesan, and spinach, stirring until smooth and slightly thick (3-4 minutes).
