• 12 large eggs
• ¾ cup (180ml) Fairlife milk (or low-fat milk)
• 1 lb (454g) lean Italian turkey (or lean meat of choice)
• 1 bell pepper, diced
• ½ white onion, diced
• 1 cup (112g) reduced-fat cheddar/Mexican cheese
• 1 cup mushrooms (optional)
• All-purpose seasoning to taste
• 8 low-cal tortillas (Ole Xtreme, Mission Carb Balance, etc.)
• Spray oil

1️⃣ Cook turkey, veggies, and seasoning until browned.
2️⃣ Scramble eggs + milk until just set.
3️⃣ Mix eggs, turkey, and cheese in a bowl.
4️⃣ Divide mix into tortillas, roll burritos, spray with oil.
5️⃣ Toast in a skillet or air fryer (OR freeze for later!)
