Moist Red Velvet Cupcakes

Yield: 24 Cupcakes, 3 oz
Ingredients
2 Cups Cake Flour
1 Tsp Baking soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1 Cup Buttermilk ( 1 Cup Evaporated milk + 1 Tbsp Vinegar)
1 1/2 Cups White sugar
1/2 Cup Melted butter
1/2 Cup Canola oil
2 Large Eggs
2 Tsp Vanilla extract
1 Tsp Vinegar
1-2 Tbsp Red food color, Gel
Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F for 18 to 20 minutes.

Cream cheese frosting
3/4 Cup Whippit
2 tbsp Cold milk
125 Grams Cream cheese

Whippit - Whipping cream here in the Philippines does not need sugar because it is already sweet. But you can use any brand of whipping cream.
