The 2021 RAM 1500 is a little newer than the Ford F-series with its first generation seeing the light in 1981. RAM used to be a Dodge brand but was spunn off as a separate entity in 2010, and confusingly have since been VINed with DODGE.

The RAM head logo is a remnant of early Dodge era. Radiotor caps sported the RAM badge in the early Dodge era as a symbol of strength. The RAM badge fitted the spinoff brand perfectly and has become the main icon of the RAM brand. Let’s see if the 2021 RAM 1500 is a fit with the branding.

The RAM series have allways come second to the F-series but this might be about to change.

2021 RAM 1500 is part of a popular refresh
The RAM 1500 just got a refresh in 2019 and it is probably this refresh that made it more attractive. We do not expect the 2021 RAM 1500 to change drastically from the 2019 model since we are early in the release cycle. The new RAM has more technological features in it’s cabin and drivers will be delighted with a large touchscreen. In 2019 the sales grew more than 20%, the drastic changes have worked and RAM seems to have won a lot of souls. Driving assistance seems limited: a toggle switch activatable parking sensor. A blind spot warning system and a 360 surround camera. It can park parallel and perpendicular but still needs breaking and gear assistance.
