GLUTES and HAMSTRINGS Workout for Growth and Strength!

Hi guys! This workout targeting the glutes and hamstrings is no joke! We are both, strength training and muscle building in this workout. Like all of my workouts, exercises are strategically placed from most to least energy demanding and ending with a burner! This training day for me is primarily for the hamstrings, but I also target my glutes for a second time in my training week on this day. This is the reasoning for why this glute training may seem a little pulled back from my glute focus sessions I do earlier in the week! Check out my glute focus sessions on my channel if you want more of a glute focus workout. This workout is great for both growing your glutes and hamstrings and strengthening them as well.

2a. BB Glute Bridge - 4X10
2b. Seated BW banded hip abductions - 4X10,10,10
3a. Lying Hamstring Curl 1 1/4 - 4X10
3b. Rounded Back Extensions (banded) - 4x10
4. Good Mornings - 4X12
5a. Lying hamstring curl resistance banded - 2X1min
5b. Banded side walks - 2X1min
