MORNING ROUTINE 2021 | healthy & productive habits in Mexico
HI BBY! Welcome to my 2021 morning routine :)
This has been one of my most requested videos, and I'm super excited to take you through a healthy and realistic morning routine in Los Cabos, Mexico! In addition to my morning routine 2021 I'm also going to show you my healthy and productive habits to live a healthy lifestyle, as well as lots of easy and healthy vegan recipes which keep me nourished and feeling amazing (I'm not 100% vegan, but I love eating mostly plant based)
LOVE U and here's my Brownie Granola recipe:
-3 cups rolled oats
-1/3 cup cocoa powder
-1/2 cup maple syrup
-1/4 cup coconut oil
-1/2 cup almond butter
-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Mix all ingredients, press into a pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Allow to cool for 10 min then break into clusters!!
