Using a Rope Saw to Trim Tree Branches

We used a rope chain saw this winter to trim a few trees around the yard and would like to share our tips with you.

A rope saw works really well for easily accessible branches, but for larger or more challenging jobs, I recommend calling in a professional. We'll go over the most annoying part of using a rope saw: when the saw blade binds or gets pinched under the weight of the branch.
