This waist training routine will help you get a smaller waist without actually using a waist trainer. Many women think they need a waist trainer routine to get a smaller waist, but this workout for a smaller waist will prove them wrong! This waist trainer workout contains 6 different exercises using the Bosu that will give you amazing waist trainer results without having to actually buy and use a waist trainer!
Give each of these exercises for a smaller waist a try before attempting the complete waist trainer workout. For each of these smaller waist exercises, you’ll do 10 repetitions or 10 reps per side if it is a one sided exercise. If you are a beginner, try for just 1-2 rounds of this waist trainer challenge. If you are more advanced, you can shoot for 3-4 rounds of this workout for a smaller waist.
