Ingredients:
Tori No Yasai Maki (Chicken Roll)
- One Large Chicken Thigh
- One Carrot
- Two Sprigs of Asparagus
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp cooking sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp honey
Nasu no Butaniku Maki(Pork Eggplant Roll)
- Thin Slices of Pork Loin/Shoulder/Belly (around 3 per roll)
- Shiso Leaves (2-3 per roll)
- One Eggplant
Sauce:
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp Grated Garlic
- Pinch of Shichimi (or chili flakes)
Gyuniku no Amakara-ni (Beef in Sweet and Savory Sauce)
- 10g Ginger
- 200g Thinly Sliced Beef
Sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking sake
- 4 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
Ebi no Satsuma-age (Vegetable Shrimp Fritters)
- 300g Shrimp
- 10g canned corn
- 5g diced carrot
- 5g green onion
- 1 tbsp potato (or corn) starch
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- pinch of pepper
- flour (for frying)
Musubi (Onigiri Sandwich)
