This Kriya is called Reverse Adi Shakti Kriya. In this Kriya, you are mentally and hypnotically blessing yourSelf. This Self-blessing affects and corrects your magnetic field, shifting from fear to Love. Doing this exercise may hurt if you have a lot of anger stored in your body. The second part of the kriya will benefit everything between the neck and your navel. It will give strength to the heart and will open up your heart center.
