HIKING alone in the very remote Rockies | A sights & sounds adventure | ASMR Video
I pieced together personal video clips from the last few years, and created a sights and sounds overnight journey in the Canadian Rockies. I'm trying to do something different. Let me know your thoughts.
A few months ago my friend Mike Nash (he has his own YouTube channel:https://www.youtube.com/user/TMKNE) suggested I produce an ASMR video. ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, or sometimes Auto Sensory Meridian Response,. It's that tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine when you get a chill, get tickled or hear certain sounds.
In this video I tell a story with mostly sounds and images, and hopefully that triggers some nice sensation for viewers. I wasn't thinking about this specific project when I filmed all these shots, so it's not entirely cohesive. If you guys like this, I might go out and film an entire trip in this format, without voices. Enjoy.
