Flatout 4 (PC) - Carnage, Val Verde (Gold Medal) - Flatout Mode Event 5

Another game mode that regularly appears in Flatout mode is Carnage. Here you can see me getting the Carnage gold medal that I found the most difficult to earn.

In Carnage you gain points by reaching checkpoints, destroying objects and hitting opponents. You have a limited amount of time, although it is extended slightly when you reach a checkpoint. There is also a point multiplier that is higher when you are in a better position. On the other hand you gain more nitrous when you are behind.

In most Carnage events just driving fast in the lead was good enough for me to earn gold but in this particular one I only managed to get enough points by hitting some of the AI cars as well.
