454 g agua tibia (50ºC)
1 Cucharada melaza
860 g harina dividida en dos partes iguales
12 g levadura instantánea
10 g sal
30 g mantequilla

2 L agua hirviendo
100 g bicarbonato de sodio

Ingredients:
1 pound hot water (122ºF)
1 Tbspn molasses
1 pound 14.5 oz flour (divided equally)
.4 oz instant yeast
1/3 oz salt
1 oz butter

8 cups boiling water
3.5 oz baking soda
