In this video I share a little hack for training your isometric strength at home. All you need is a rope and some kind of bar. This particular idea was inspired by a similar contraption Bruce Lee used to develop his strength.
Specifically, this allows you to use 'overcoming isometric' training and this in turn can build your muscle fiber recruitment for greater max strength. It's like lifting your 1 rep max from the comfort of your home!
