Hanging from a bar or branch is a simple but highly effective way to improve your upper body mobility, grip strength, and shoulder health. Hanging for a few (cumulative) minutes per day can offer a powerful stimulus to combat the ill effects of sitting. This can prevent shoulder issues, improve posture, and unlock performance benefits.

I've seen improvements in my shoulder mobility since integrating the passive hang. In future, I'll be doing this more and more, as shoulder mobility is still an issue for me, and a limiting factor when it comes to my handstands.
