Constant Piguet, Le Sentier, ebauche by LeCoultre & Cie, carillon chime minute repeater with four hammers operating on four gongs, 53mm, heavy 18K gold original HC with gold cuvette, white enamel SS dial, SW-pin-set, fully capped lever escapement, fully jeweled repeat train, 31J, gilt mvt, s#3247 within case. Gross weight of assembled watch 79.4 dwt (123.5 g). A very rare and historic piece, Constant Piguet was granted Swiss patent number 11948 on March 20, 1896 for his four hammer carillon watch.
