EPW - Audemars Freres, Swiss, minute repeater, 47mm, 14K gold OF original Audemars Freres case with fancy initials to rear, flush hinges, gold cuvette with engraved name, white enamel DS dial, SW-SS, lever escapement with capped escape wheel, 27J, wheel satin nickel finish, s# 34168 with matching serial number within case. Gross weight of assembled watch 46.9 dwt (73.0 g).

Mvt: Running, frequently with accurate repeat function but occasionally strikes will be one to two minutes incorrect and operation is consistently quite sluggish, good repeater tone aside from sluggishness of operation, overhaul needed if consistently fully correct repeat function is desired, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, scattered fine to micro-fine scratches to plates and hammers, center jewel setting and brass bushing on center arbor with marring, minor oxide to steelwork; dial with hl at 6, some scattered micro-fine surface scratches; excellent hands; case shows little wear, grouping of fine scratches to cuvette at lip from slipped past openings, ding to bezel at 8, one dent and one small ding to band between 4 and 7, slightly reduced engraving detail; tight bow, crown shows little wear; glass crystal with significant glue excess at its seat.
