Shoulder Mobility Routine Everyone Can Do (Follow Along)
Join Yassir in this shoulder routine that focuses on various scapula movement patterns. We’ll be mobilizing and strengthening movement patterns that tend to be neglected, as well as exploring the full range of motion of your shoulders that’s available to you at that moment. Getting in tune with how you move, feeling tender spots, and accumulated tensions will help you strengthen your shoulders in a wide variety of angles, prevent possible injuries, and/or mitigate the damage caused by an injury as well.
