Cleaning of a Rinnai RU98 burner

I was going to make this into a two part video, so sorry for the long production.
This is part two of the burner cleaning series. As you can see from this video this is not an easy job, the only thing a little harder if you were replacing a leaking heat exchanger then you would have to remove all wiring for the thermal fuse assemble the new two piece heat exchanger and reinstall the thermal fuse and heat sensors.
Here is a list of material you will need.

Seal screws long x10 #109000650
Seal screws short x15 #109000102
Air box gasket #109000238
Burner gaskets #109000233 & #109000234
New Burner #106000104 this number is for natural gas
You should keep extra of these except the burner.

IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION PLEASE E MAIL ME AT ECONOMYPLMBG@AOL.COM
