PULL UP PROGRESSION - Seated Bar Pull Up

Much like the seated ring pull up this is a way to scale down the strict pull up and build strength in upper body pulling using a static apparatus like the bar.

On setup
-ensure that you are facing in the direction away from the rig so that as you're pulling the barbell is supported by the rig.
-you can also wrap bands to secure the barbell to the rig itself.

-stack body and keep in line with shoulders and that bar is set up so that when seated arms are at full extension.
-grip bar and wrap thumbs around to secure yourself
-maintain hollow body and pull body up and not allowing hips to come through.
-if body starts to angle adjust your starting position and scoot hips further back.
