Payback time: Got an unpaid ticket in Chattanooga? You may be hearing from the city soon
If you know of a parking ticket, fine or fee given to you by the City of Chattanooga that you never paid, you may be hearing from the city court clerk soon.
The office of City Court Clerk Anthony Byrd is reviewing records going all the way back to 1987 to make sure everyone who needs to pay up, does.
