🎄INGREDIENTS + NOTES 🎄

#1 Peanut Caramel Bowl 0:24

for the caramel:
1-2 tbsp natural peanut butter (creamy)
2 tsp maple or agave syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
if needed: 1 tsp non dairy milk/yogurt to adjust consistency

also:
plain non dairy yogurt
vanilla protein powder to taste
green apple chunks

→ serves 1
#2 Oatmeal Cookie Dough 2:19

1 cup oats (90g) → equals 1 cup oat flour
2 tbsp maple/rice/agave syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil / vegan butter, melted*
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt
1-2 tbsp non dairy milk, to adjust texture
Add ins: 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips, 1-2 tbsp crushed walnuts, blueberries, apple chunks, dash of cinnamon, vegan marshmallows etc…
*feel free to swap 1 tbsp of the melted oil/butter for 1 tbsp natural almond or peanut butter!

→ serves 1-2

#3 Girl Snack Platter 3:46

okay so this one isn’t really a recipe hahaha but
my mom and I ate:

vegan chicken nuggets (brand is vegetarian butcher)
smoked tofu, raw (a vegan classic)
mini salted pretzels
2 heaping tbsp plain tofu + 1 tsp sriracha mayo

it was vegan chicken nuggets
#4 Fluffy Homemade Raisin Bread 4:41

⅔ cup vegan butter (140g)
1/4 cup hot water (60 ml)
1/2 cup cold non dairy milk (125ml)
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp sugar (60g)
a few drops vanilla aroma or 1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp dry active yeast
3 cups + 1 tbsp flour (370g)
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup raisins (50g)
optional: 1 tbsp syrup for brushing the top
→ yields one 20cm / 8 inch loaf, bake for 30-35 min at 180C/350F.
#5 Go-To Tofu Snack 7:28

100g smoked tofu (3.52 oz)
100g plain firm tofu (3.52 oz)
1 tbsp flour
pinch of salt
1-2 tsp oil for the pan
1 drizzle of light soy sauce
½ tbsp chili crisp sauce (or to taste this stuff is spicy)
1 tsp ketchup
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 spring onion, chopped
sesame for serving

to make a meal out of this:
serve with cooked rice and steamed greens!

– serves 1
#6 Cheesy Tik Tok Toast Snack 8:56

2-3 slices soft sandwich bread
1-2 slices of vegan cheese per bread
vegan butter for the pan
optional: adding some hummus underneath the cheese really elevates this snack! or dipping the pieces into hummus later!

→ serves 1
