PAANO NANGYAYARI ANG WEIGHT LOSS AT WEIGHT GAIN?

Para sa mga hindi pa nakakaalam, ang 1 lb of weight equivalent to 3500 calories! So kapag dinivide mo sa 7 days, 500 calories per day.

👉🏻CALORIE DEFICIT
Kung ang goal mo ay weight loss, you can subtract 500 from your maintenance calories everyday para makapag lose ng 1 lb kada linggo.
👉🏻CALORIE SURPLUS
At kung weight gain naman, instead na bawas, dagdag naman ng 500 calories. Actually pwede naman kahit 300 calories lang muna para sa slow and steady progress.
