Do you want to try doing meal prep but don't know how to start? Here are some useful tips to guide you.

Meal prepping can help us save time, money and energy while helping us reach our health and fitness goals. With meal prep, you're in control of what and how much of the ingredients to put in each dish. So you can choose only the ingredients you like to eat and what your budget allows.

RECIPES:

Korean Sauce
NOTE: 40 calories if using zero calorie sweetener; 80 calories if using regular sugar
serves 2 (20 or 40 calories per serve)

2 tbsp gochujang (30 cals)
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce (7 cals)
1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener (a zero cal sugar substitute) or regular sugar (48 cal)
2 cloves garlic

Honey Lemon Sauce - 90 calories
serves 2 (45 calories per serve)

1.5 tbsp honey (85 cals)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 cloves garlic
salt & pepper

Proteins
-chicken breast total of 200 grams (divided by 2 or 100 grams per serve)
this is 165 calories per serve, 31g protein

-tofu 4 blocks total of 260 gram (divided by 2 or 130 grams per serve)
this is 161 calories per serve, 12g protein

Celery Smoothie
serves 2 (65 to 86 calories per serve)

1 cup cucumber 20 cal
4 stalks celery 30 cal
1 apple 80 cal
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon monkfruit sweetener (zero cal) or 2 tsp honey (42 cal)
optional: a squeeze of lemon juice
