✔️Dough
2 cups all purpose flour [260 grams]
1/2 tbsp sugar [6 grams]
1/4 tsp salt [1.5 grams]
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter [115 grams]
7 tbsp ice cold water [105 ml]
*1 beaten egg (for eggwash)

✔️Filling (store-bought)
340 grams une halaya
500 grams sweetened macapuno
