Natikman mo naba ang Ganitong Version ng Adobo? Chicken-Egg ADOBO with Liver Spread

There are many version of adobo but all of them share the basic ingredients. In this version i uses chicken legs and eggs with liver spread ( paté ). With the addition of the liver spread the adobo sauce becomes rich and velvety. It also helps thicken the sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
Servings: 3- 4 persons

- 3/4 kg chicken legs, cut into serving pieces
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Worcestershire sauce,( optional ) a few drops
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 to 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups water, add more as needed
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 87g liver spread
- 6 hard boiled eggs
