COCONUT MACAROONS | HOW TO MAKE COCONUT MACAROONS

These easy homebaked Filipino coconut macaroons are so simple to make and taste delicious. Sweet and moist bite-size treat that chewy in inside with slightly crusty exterior.
Ingredients:

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree C or 350 degree F
Yields: 72 pcs. of mini coconut macaroons
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 raw eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 10 oz. condensed milk
