How to Make Espasol

Espasol with Coconut

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups glutinous rice flour
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup shredded coconut fruit
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Procedure:
- In a pan toast the glutinous rice flour til it turns light brown.
- Place the toasted glutinous rice flour into bowl
- separate 1/4 cup of toasted glutinous rice flour for dusting

- in heated pan combine the coconut milk, condensed milk, salt, vanilla, and brown sugar
- add the toasted glutinous rice flour.
- keep mixing until all are smooth and no lumps.
-add the shredded coconut fruit

- prepare the flat pan and use the separated 1/4 cup of toasted glutinous rice flour.
- place the mixture in the flat dusted pad.
- flattened, cut, and roll according to YOU.😬
