Ritz means luxury. Ritz means perfection. Ritz is a mythos. Ritz is a lifestyle. Auguste Escoffier was the first chef in the Ritz in Paris and shaped the modern French cuisine. From the length of the apron to the lay-out of the stoves. To this day, the kitchens of the best restaurants are set up and organized following the rules set up by Escoffier. Escoffier created hundreds of dishes and desserts – a legacy that is a source of motivation and inspiration for Chef Michel Roth.
