Ingredients:
800g chicken fillet
olive oil
2 onions
2 chilies
salt
sesame oil
1 stalk lemongrass
two peppers
red curry paste
white wine vinegar
sugar
3/4l coconut milk
100g pea pods
4 noodle sheets
butter
50g peanuts
grated coconut
00:00 Cut chicken breast into large pieces, heat olive oil in a large pot, peel onions and cut into cubes
00:02:10 Fry meat in olive oil, halve the two chili peppers and remove seeds, turn the meat, season with salt and remove from the pot
03:25 add olive oil and sesame oil to the residue, cut chilies and add to the residue, cut lemon grass into small half-rings, add to the chilies, add onion, take out seeds from the peppers and cut it into pieces, add and stir
05:23 add red curry paste, mix well, add white wine vinegar, dust with sugar and pour in 750ml coconut milk
06:31 bring 250ml water to a boil, put meat in the sauce, cut pea pods once diagonally, season to taste, salt, put the noodle sheets into the boiling water with olive oil
07:58 Melt butter in a frying pan and pour in a shot of coconut milk, mix pea pods under the meat, sprinkle peanuts on Chicken Curry and remove from heat
09:00 transfer noodle sheets in hot coconut milk for a moment, sprinkle with grated coconut, mix and arrange it with the Chicken Curry on a plate.
