Ingredients:

Sweet potatoes
Liquid Cream
Salt
Red cabbage
Olive oil
Sesame oil
Pepper
Apricot juice
Chili
Marjoram
Wonton leaves
Egg
Parsley
Cress

00:00 Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them roughly. Pour liquid cream and salt in boiling water. Add the pieces of sweet potatoes. Cut the red cabbage in half, cut out the trunk and cut the cabbage into slices. Heat olive oil and put the red cabbage on it. Add sesame oil, pepper, salt and apricot juice.
03:27 Cut the chili in half, remove the seeds and cut it finely. Add it to the cabbage. Add honey and put the half of the cabbage into a bowl. Take out the sweet potatoes and pour off the cream. Mix the half of the potatoes in a blender and add the rest of the pieces to the purée. Take some leaves of marjoram.
06:01 Beat an egg. Add the marjoram to the purée. Put a spoon of purée and pieces of potato on the Wonton leaves. Spread egg on the sides, put a second leaf on it and stick them together. Mix the rest of cabbage in a blender and strain it.
08:37 Cook the filled Wonton at low heat during 2-3 min. Chop the parsley and serve with red cabbage, cress and olive oil.
