MUSHROOM BUNS (SOFT AND CHEWY) l Pinoy juicy bites

Soft and chewy MUSHROOM BUNS recipe. Easy to make by hand, it amazing that something made up of with basic and simple ingredients. I love shape of this beautiful mushroom buns. enjoy with a cup of coffee ^-^

Ingredients:
-Bread flour 200g (1¼ cup + 1 tbsp)
-Instant yeast 4g
-Sugar 25g (2 tbsp)
-Salt 4g
-Warm milk 135g (2/3 cup)
-Unsalted butter 20g (1 ½ tbsp)

Milk batter topping:
-Cake flour 40g (6 1/3 tbsp)
-Milk 40g (2 ½ tbsp)
-Condensed milk 40g (2 tbsp)
-Cocoa powder


Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes.
