DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS | NO EGGS | NO BUTTER | Pinoy juicy bites

Satisfy all of your chocolate cravings! These muffin is flavored with cocoa powder and loaded with chocolate to create decadent double chocolate muffins. They’re quick and easy to make and ready in 30 minutes and there’s no mixer required!

Ingredients:
- Sugar 100g (½ cup)
- Salt 1g
- Milk 60g (5 tbsp +1 tsp)
- Vanilla 5g (1tsp)
- Plain yogurt 100g (6 + ½  tbsp)
- Oil 80g (6tbsp)
- Cake flour 160g (1 + ¼ cup)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder 30g (2tbsp)
- Baking powder 7g (1 + 3/4 tsp)
- Chocolate chips 30g (1/8 cup)
- Extra chocolate

* Add the tops of muffins with more chocolate to make them extra chocolatey and pretty.

*Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 23-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

* To Cool: Transfer the muffins to a wire rack and allow to cool for 5 minutes in the pan. Remove muffins from tins and transfer to the wire rack.

*To Store: Let the muffins cool completely before placing them in an airtight storage container. Store at room temperature for up to 4 days.
