(3INGREDIENTS)HOMEMADE CREAM CHEESE | CREAMY AND SOFT CREAM CHEESE

You won`t believe how easy it is to make your own Cream Cheese. Delicious and soft homemade Cream Cheese using super simple method and 3 ingredients.

Ingredients :
- Whole milk 1L
- Lemon 3tsp (you can use white vinegar )
- Salt 1/2 tsp
*Fine Cheesecloth

- Heat the milk and bring it to simmer over medium heat.
- Add the lemon juice 1 tablespoon at a time, in 1-minute intervals. Continue stirring constantly.
- You'll notice curds forming and a yellow-ish liquid being left behind.
- Place a strainer over a large bowl and line with cheesecloth.
- Pour the curds and strain to drain all of the whey.
- Give a nice squeeze.
- Let it cool for about 15~20 minutes.
- Transfer curds to a food processor and add salt.
- blend until totally smooth and creamy.
- transfer into a bowl . Cover and chill, stored in fridge up to a week.
