Here’s two ways you can play the classic minor descending chord progression we hear all the time in music.

In E Minor

1. Open E Minor descend the E to D# D then build a chord on the C#

X4545X which is Em6

2. From that Em6 chord drop the E which is on top chromatically until it reaches the C#.

You will be able to use these cool moves any time you encounter and E Minor chord… whaich as a guitarist will be a lot!
