PCOS/PCOD is hormonal imbalance issue occurring in female during their reproductive years.
PCOS - PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome is a condition in which a fluid sac is formed on the outer edge of the ovary creating cyst. This leads to immature eggs trapped in the sac which leads to ovulation disruption. The most evident symptom is irregular periods.
Although by name, it may seem that the issue is contained to female reproductive organ. However if not addressed at the right time can lead to various other issues as well like Diabetes, acne, metabolism related issue and in some severe case even infertility.
This series a holistic plan created for women to help them create an active lifestyle catering to strength, stamina, flexibility, cardio , mindfulness and breath awareness.
